We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shishara.

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Hygiene Exceptions For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mouthpieces, hoses, or other items that have been unsealed/used after delivery.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at info@interien.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@interien.com and we'll make it right.
