1. About Us Shishara is operated by Interien Kft., registered at Teréz krt 56-60., C lház., 1. em., 1A ajtó, 1066 Budapest, Hungary (Company reg. no. 01-09-457202, VAT: HU33064165).

2. Scope These terms apply to all purchases made through shishara.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products Shishara sells hookahs and hookah accessories. All products are intended for legal use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not sell tobacco, nicotine, or vaping products.

4. Age Restriction By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel orders if age cannot be verified.

5. Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. Orders are binding upon confirmation.

6. Shipping We ship to EU countries (excluding Hungary). Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including hygiene exceptions.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Hungarian law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
